IRateMyDay.com — New Social Site Defines Instant Blogging

A new site featuring [tag]Instant Blogging[/tag] is launched. [tag]IRateMyDay.com[/tag] is a [tag]social community[/tag] site where users can share their daily feelings instantly to the World.

Montreal, Canada (PRWEB) January 31, 2007 — D2Soft Technologies Inc. announces the opening of a new type of [tag]social online community site[/tag], IRateMyDay.com, based on the innovative concept of “Instant Blogging.”

In short, IRateMyDay.com simplifies the expression and communication of feelings and creates a world-wide solidarity.

The site, accessible at the address http://www.iratemyday.com/, allows users to rate their day on a daily basis, ranging from “Worst” to “Great”. Users can create a free profile on the site and see the progression of their feelings each month. Users may also share their ratings and interact with others on the site.

Based on all ratings given by the users, IRateMyDay.com generates usage statistics of the service. Users can compare their feelings through graphics on the site. Since the site is focusing on an international market, a world map displays all the feelings around the globe.

IRateMyDay.com is a social online community, similar to [tag]blogs[/tag], but unique in its concept. The site focuses on short entries of a few words about the user’s current feelings. The concept is best described as “[tag]Instant Blogging[/tag]” where each rating resembles a short sentence of instant messaging. The service is a complement to existing blogging sites and can even be integrated through the use of widgets.

“Blogging has reached a new level of personal interaction,” says Benjamin Berube, D2Soft Technologies president. “In short, IRateMyDay.com simplifies the expression and communication of feelings and creates a world-wide solidarity.”

In the early site testing, the concept has proven to work very well with a high number of users visiting the site each day to rate their feelings. Benjamin Berube explains how the simple concept is immediately understood by new users. “Users enjoy the site and become part of the community right away. I think this is in part due to successfully merging two concepts that all users know well: blogging and instant messaging.”

Users from around the World can create their free profile by going to http://www.iratemyday.com/ and start rating their day.

D2Soft Technologies Inc. is a privately owned Canadian company located in Montreal. The company also develops two other products, News Interceptor and RSScache.com, known in the RSS technology market.

My Blogging For Money Experiment

I have been wanting to do this for a while, so I started last night.テつ I am trying a little experiment on [tag]making money from blogging[/tag] to see what really works.テつ I have set up two new [tag]blogs[/tag] and have established a business plan for both.

My first blog is targeted around a [tag]highly searched niche[/tag].テつ I have found a few [tag]keyword[/tag] gems that should enable my blog to rank well enough in the search engines for a steady flow of blog traffic.テつ I am only using [tag]Google Adsense[/tag] with this blog.テつ No [tag]affiliate products[/tag], no CPA (cost-per-action) ads and no text link sales.

My second blog is directed towards a well refined niche.テつ Lucky for me, I have experience in this niche and should be able to provide some quality content.テつ I will try to [tag]make money[/tag] from this blog with [tag]CPA networks[/tag].テつ I will not use Adsense or any other [tag]contextually based advertisements[/tag].

My first blog’s [tag]traffic[/tag] should easily triple my second, but I will be very surprised if my revenue is as skewed.テつ I have been a big believer in CPA networks and am finally going to prove, to myself at least, how they can be a wonderful tool for making money from your blog.

The following are the CPA networks I will use in my experiment:

AzoogleAds - Excellent network, could very well be my favorite.

LeaderMarkets -テつ I have been with this network the longest and have never missed a payday.

Commission Junction - Huge advertiser list.テつ Simply love their SmartZone ads.

The main reason for not using Adsense on my second blog is simple.テつ I don’t want to lose any blog visitors to ads other than my own.テつ I will keep you posted on my experiment.

I will also promote these blogs exactly the same.テつ They will be submitted to all the same directories, I will do the same number of article submissions and posts.テつ I will also, in a few weeks do a review of both blogs on Rugjeff.com.
