Stuck In A Blogging Rut… Don’t Be

Do you ever get tired of the same old routine.テつ I mean when every day of your life “feels” the same, isn’t it time to mix things up a bit?テつ I have come to a point in my internet career where I’m truly ready for a change.テつ Continuing to run numerous blogs and affiliate websites is starting to take it’s toll on me.

Don’t get me wrong, my passion for working online hasn’t faded in the least.テつ I am just the type of person who is alwaysテつ seeking a positive change in my life.テつ Just because something is working doesn’t mean there isn’t a better, more efficient way of doing it… and I am ready to find out.

Over the next several weeks you will notice a decreased rate of posts on this blog.テつ I have a new business opportunity that I am going to hit head on, absolutely full steam ahead.テつ Maybe it will work, maybe it won’t (impossible!) but I am truly ready to find out.

When it comes to blogging make sure you never feel stuck.テつ If you are overwhelmed, take a break for a few days.テつ Your blog traffic may take a little set back, but you should recoup enough to regain all the momentum you lost.テつ Never, and I do mean never, blog out of necessity.テつ Blog because you love it, nothing more - nothing less.

Also, don’t be afraid to step out of the box and try something new.テつ You never know where the road of success will lead or when it will hit you smack dab in the face.テつ Always keep your ears open to new opportunities and joint ventures that could possibly change the way you make money from the internet.

This post is more of a pick me up for me but I am glad you were here to read my little pep talk.テつ Fear is always something that will enter your life when you are about to make a huge online business change.テつ But the way I see it, you can either run from it or embrace it, the choice is totally up to you.

I choose to not let fear control my decisions.テつ So, I’m “off to see the wizard” and hopefully, no definitely, will find another powerful online stream of income.テつ Don’t let fear control you or your marketing decisions.テつ Step up, make a change and deal with the troubles as they come.テつ You can become much more than you ever thought you could.テつ It just takes that first step.

Are you ready!

Let Us Revisit The Web 3.0 Project

I have been a part of the new Web 3.0 project for just about a month and have to say that I’m very impressed with what’s happening. We have already reached many of our goals and are working hard to build a powerful Web 3.0 site. Webmaster Vocab is our first project and we are now working on building links and PR for the site.

I know I am being very vague with the Web 3.0 details, I guess I’m just kind of thinking out loud. To clarify exactly what we, as webmasters , are trying to achieve is this:

Our Vision And Principles As Stated From The Website

  • All profits are shared based on the contributions from the members
  • This promise is key to keep everything fair. If you have done something that really adds value, I promise you will be rewarded for it (in cash).
  • As many decisions as possible will be made by vote
  • We’re all in this together, so it is only fair that we all have a say in the major decision.
  • This is an open community that values long time members as well as newbies
  • No in crowds, we need to find a good balance between rewarding long term members and welcoming new members
  • Build on each others strengths and help each other develop
  • Building a successful site needs a lot of different skills. In this project you can focus on what you are good at without having to worry about what you don’t like or not good at. However no community works if we won’t help each other to become better at what we do so learning from each other will be key to keep the success going.

So basically, many webmasters have gotten together to build a network of powerful sites and completely share in all the profits. The more productive you are for the team, the bigger piece of the pie you will earn. So far, it’s been a blast.

I really can’t say just how far this Web 3.0 project will go, but I think the idea is awesome. We as bloggers are all active in many social networking sites, providing the majority of their content. But how much has digg or shoutwire paid you?

Web 3.0 pays it’s members. And I strongly believe that you will see several of these types of sites popping up all over the net in the next few years. But hey, that’s just my opinion.

We are still welcoming anyone who wants to take part in this new venture. If you are hard working and ready to be a part of the net’s next big thing, come and join us. It’s completely free and you will never be asked for a dime, only your time.

8 Random Facts And The Tag Game

Another blog tag game is going around the blogoshere and guess what? Iテ「竄ャ邃「ve been tagged by a rambling computer nerd. The new tag game is entitled テ「竄ャナ8 random factsテ「竄ャツ and if you are one of the chosen few (or many I should say) you need to follow these simple rules:

The Rules:

  • Each player must post these rules first.
  • Each player starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
  • People who are tagged need to write about their eight facts on their blog.
  • At the end of your blog post, choose eight people to get tagged, list their names, and link to them.
  • Donテ「竄ャ邃「t forget to contact them telling them theyテ「竄ャ邃「re tagged. Also, point them to your blog post so they know what to do.

Random Facts:

  • I am married with three beautiful kids… two girls and a boy.
  • I am an avid sports fan and played college baseball in the SEC.
  • I got the nickname “rug” when I was eight and it kinda stuck. I think it’s because of my hair!
  • I have a degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the University of Texas.
  • I teach second grade Sunday school at my church.
  • I manage over 50 blogs online, all while being a part time blogger.
  • I am an extremely optimistic person. My glass is always half full.
  • I only sleep about 4 hours a night and really never “fee” tired. It drives my wife crazy!

I Tagテ「竄ャツヲ

Tag, you’re it!
