BlogTopSites Merges With Blog Flux

Cruising around the blogosphere, I have seen several blogs with the BlogTopSites (BTS) button in their sidebar. BTS has provided an overall ranking service for those using their service and generated a little blog traffic in the process. They have now merged with Blog Flux.

From what I understand, no modification to the codes are needed for those using BTS buttons or any other HTML codes. The transition is supposed to be simple and painless. It should have no future bearing on either your BTS rankings or traffic.

Blog Flux is an awesome tool for bloggers and it seems they are prepared to expand their services. Blog Flux, a PR 7 site, provides just about anything a new or experienced blogger needs: Wordpress themes, blog pinging service, page rank checker, blog forums and now a blog top sites ranking service.

If you are not prepared to change with the world around you, be ready to be left behind. With this new merger, Blog Flux is demonstrating their ability and willingness to change. I believe they will stand the test of time.
